I have been in the market for e new truck, and came across the 2005 Ram 2500 quad cab diesel that I purchased. My salesman was Andrew, and he was more than accommodating in this purchase. Even with a buyer ready to go, they were willing to give me first buyer opportunity, and they gave me more than ...a generous amount on my trade in. The process was seamless and pain free, and Andrew stayed later than closing time to finalize the purchase. The truck was definitely fair priced, was clean and presentable, and I couldn't feel better about this purchase. They definitely have my recommendation for car buyers. Show more

The customer service was great!! I got up very early to take the train, it was running late. I finally got there by 3:40 and it was raining out, I called them and I was picked up taken Sky's office and showroom where they treated me with friendship and respect, made me a coffee let me freshion up, h...elped me with the paper work and offered me an extended warranty. I was to tired so they let me think about it and told take your time we know you have a long ride home. Got me out of there in less than 20 minutes!!!! I could not thank them enough for the hospitality and friendship and for not applying any pressure at all to buy the warranty which I stiff may do. I usally do not bother with surveys but after all they did for me and the way I was treated , I think they deserve to know what kind of an impression that they Have on customers. Ed and his staff were very accommodating . I bought a 2007 Mustang from them and found them to not be your typical used car dealer. They were honest and to the point . The experience with them was 1st rate . I knew what I wanted and they did not feed me a bunch of balarney .I was able to do my deal... and get out of their shop in record time. Everything you wantBuying a car from Ed at Sky Motors was like being a car off a friend. He had no issue explaining his business model, to sell quality cars at rock bottom prices to turn them over quickly to push volume over a hard profit margin. I bought an Audi S5 and the price was low enough th...at I was actually a little weary driving there but a year later the car still drives as good as it day it left Germany. Ed himself is very laid back and easy to work with, would certainly purchase another vehicle from them when the time comes! Show more

I have never been more satisfied throughout the process of purchasing a vehicle than I was with Sky Motor Cars. Andrew was extremely informative, providing detailed information about all the vehicles that I was interested in, and specifically pointing out elements of vehicles that I certainly would ...not have seen on my own (both positive and negative features). This aspect of full disclosure made me feel quite comfortable that I was dealing with an organization that is trustworthy, is fair minded, and operates with the highest level of ethics and standards possible. After a long search online for a car for our 21 year old son, we found the perfect car on the Sky Motors website. We were coming from NY to pick up the car (2 hours away) and Ed was very explicit on the paperwork to bring with us to avoid a return trip. The purchase was quick. The car was exactly as... described, my son is very happy and there have been no problems. (I have waited several months to post this review to be sure the car is in great condition.
